We rented a property in San Jose, managed by Posada Group and overall had a great experience! Daniela was always prompt to reply to any questions or the maintenance issues that I reported. She is professional, knowledgeable responsive and a nice person to work with. Since day number one of renting with Posada Group we immediately knew we’re in a good hands. The Posada Group have been incredible to me. They have managed my properties since 2018 when I inherited them, and have been by my side every step of the way. Living out of state and not knowing how to run properties they took care of everything; sending me monthly reports, managing the upkeep of the homes and fixing small and big issues for me. I also just sold those properties and Daniela and Bill were always a text or phone call away, I couldn’t be more grateful towards them!
From a tenant perspective - they are ok. The property management team lacks follow-up and they haven't been very organized. The major issues typically get addressed - anything not urgent doesn't get addressed.

Issues they don't want to address - typically get acknowledged - let's see what we can do and go into an abyss. Simple maintenance issues they are responsive but doesn't typically result in it getting fixed. They also won't accept a description of the issue such as hey, the dishwater is leaking when it's off and it's a lot of water.
