Please be aware of the bait and switch of this property. First they will assure you that they will work with you just to get you to apply. Then they will not refund your money. I have in writing where the manager clearly said if I was to fill out a certain form, that they would return our money without putting two names on the check. No customer service. Always half do a job when help is needed, and don’t replace anything covered under renters insurance. They take no responsibility for anything.
The office never answers their phone! Good luck if you have an emergency.
bad manage have a lot of problem
Well I've finally made to the page... LOL We've been through changes. Some rougher than others. However, the Portico has been understanding and helpful. Our office staff top of their class. Thank you guys for working so hard so that we don't have to.
I love living here. The grounds are well kept, it is clean never any trash on the ground,. The staff is friendly and extremely helful. The apartments are spacious. The rents arenon the high side, and they will only give a one year lease.
