One of the best spots in the city. The food is excellent as well as the service. If you can't get into the Populist and just want something light and some drinks try their sister bar, Bar Fausto, and get the lobster scrambled egg bruschetta and some "cry juice" (white sangria). It's right across the street.

Excellent seven course meal with wine pairings and they even adjusted the meals for my dietary restrictions. Brussels sprouts were my favorite.
Hands down my favorite restaurant in town. Every time I go I am always wowed by the food, changing menu, ambience, and amazing service. All around a great experience. The rock shrimp gnocchi was outstanding, slightly crunchy gnocchi on the outside but doughey on the inside. Can't go wrong with the chicken tandoori either. Expect a wait, but check out bar fausto across the street for cocktails.
Carlos was AMAZING! Everything was great- the food, the service, the ambience. We will be back!
