I have tried to be as patient as possible living here but it has gotten to the point where I have to say something because management here doesn’t seem to be doing there job. I made the mistake of renewing my lease and transferring to a bigger unit. The unit they transferred me to had a mold problem and was not moving ready. The poplar/darien has been the best 2 years in an apartment I’ve ever experienced. I have the best neighbors who became family here. I truly want to give my favorite concierge Xenia a shout out for making my day every morning with always having a smile and great way to start our day. She has carried heavy boxes in for me, always is on top of things and just goes the extra mile for us here. This is my first time ever being on my own, and trying to find the most perfect apartment for me, and my son. Clarence was my rental agent who helped me every step of the way answered all of my questions and concerns and made this an easy decision for me.
