It was a great experience staying here. Rooftop and the gym were both excellent and being able to access both at any time during the day was even better.
Management is overbearing, fine happy, and has weird priorities. Would randomly shut off the elevators not for maintenance, but b/c they felt people needed a curfew. They once emailed the entire building a picture of a resident in her nightgown b/c she 'dared to throw a pizza box in the trash'. Part of the building were shoddily built, the cheapest floors they could possibly buy, vents in the bathroom don't work, showers don't drain properly. I absolutely love my experience living at The Poplar Apartments! From the moment I moved in, I’ve truly enjoyed the luxury experience and the wonderful atmosphere here. I especially want to give a huge thank-you to Samantha, our concierge, who is honestly one of the best parts about living here. Since moving into the Poplar I’ve been living the dream, Speaking with management has been a breeze anytime I reach out to the Property manager Laura she takes care off all my needs, the concierge team is great shout out to Mahkel and the rest of the concierge team they’re great at what they do very attentive to the needs of the residents…All around the Poplar has been a great building to live in thus far!!!
Had a good experience living here. Management and concierge are very helpful.
