Hey I wanted to give a shout out to the maintenance team , I’ve been living here a few years now and this is the best maintenance has been -recently they have been so prompt and efficient. I heard there has been a new supervisor I haven’t had the opportunity to meet them yet but just wanted to say great job keep up the excellent work- Glad We finally have umbrellas on the pool deck!!!!
The building, amenities, and rooftop are visually appealing. What I have come to enjoy and Value most after living here for 1 year would be my personal, welcomed feeling and the warmth & professionalism of the concierge staff. The study lounge has been exactly what I needed academically so I don’t have to go back on campus for dedicated study space! My daughter and I visit the Playroom at least 3-4 times a week! Living at the poplar for the last 5 years has been a dream My building manager Laura and the Assistant manager Silvana have been excellent and the best managers this building has had since I've been here for 5 years and with them being great managers they have hired some of the best concierge I ever come across Mikal Jamire and Samantha Are hard working concierge that meets everyone's needs the whole team goes above and beyond
I came in to visit a friend at the Darien building and met the most amazing Concierge that normally works in the Poplar building named Mikal, he was so amazing his conversation was great he helped me put a package away for a friend he made me feel really great this morning dancing out the door I'm not a resident but I know the residents at both properties are happy to have him
Do not rent from here they are scammers. The promotion they will reverse at the end of your lease and lock you of the rental portal so you can’t pay your rent. Will rack out your account with legal fees you do not owe. Worst place ever. Go live on Kensington before you pick this place.
