I was very disappointed with the Pop Shop this evening. First of all, the place is dirty. Stains on the floors and walls, hallway to bathrooms with trash on the floors, the bathrooms look like they hadn't been cleaned in forever. Secondly, our server was rude and not helpful at all. Hardly refilled our drinks. Never told us which burgers did and did not come with fries. (So one kid was upset that he didn't get fries. Have not been disappointed by their love. Really love the pancake fries and the breakfast for dinner plates.
Went to Pop Shop yesterday with my friend because I had read article about them and had to try New York Egg Cream. Have not had one since I left NY 30 years ago! It was great along with my grilled cheese and fries. Also staff was very friendly. I was very impressed and will be back!

At the new Medford Popshop. Considering how busy it was we got in pretty quick, faster than they told us it would be! Food is good and service was friendly and timely. Definitely will be back.

My Wife and I went to the recently opened Medford Store today for lunch. The place was very nice inside and of course there was a slight wait. The service was ok though very courteous.. the waitress had a computer to take our orders which looked like more trouble then it was worth... the old fashion pad and pencil would be more effective. I had the tortilla soup which was rather bland and my wife had the tomato which tasted nothing better than canned. I doubt it was from scratch. I love the food and the people. There's a real sense of community here! My husband and I take our daughter every weekend and when we have to skip, we feel like we've missed a great party with our friends. I strongly recommend the Yo Scrapple Benedict!
