We came back from holidays to find a large black stain on one of our pool steps. It had run down the side of the step as well and really made the pool look terrible. I found Wade’s company, The Pool Stain Removers, via a Google Search, and contacted him immediately after reading other reviews online. Wade was very responsive, courteous and knew exactly how to fix the problem. The whole ordering and delivery process was smooth and fast. Waste of money. After exchanging a couple of emails with Wade decided to go ahead and purchase the product. Followed the printed and video instructions to a T - and made no difference to the pool whatsoever. Tried emailing Wade after purchase - and surprise - no response. Do not recommend and very disappointed.
Wade is very helpful and knowledgeable. We had problems with calcium deposits and iron staining in our pool as we use bore water to fill it. The cleaning kit worked really well.
