I've been here a few times, and dealt with a nice friendly man who provided great assistance. Not so lucky today. Dealt with the lady, and her attitude, being entirely unwilling to help or provide direct answers to any of my questions. Very disagreeable and generally sour to boot. Claude ai answered all my questions, without any attitude, and i have a clear plan on how to migrate from chlorine to bromine, as well as how to fill tub with softened water and what to do to the softened water to make it usable. They were communicative, professional, and their pricing is reasonable. Just genuinely good people. I’ll be using them for all of our hot tub needs from here on out!
Had a great experience with The Pool &Spa Centre today. Trying to figure out how to bypass my gas heater with my above ground pool. I went in and showed the staff my situation.
