From the moment I called to ask about winterizing our hot tub to the moment the job was done, every single person we dealt with was phenomenal. They were communicative, professional, and their pricing is reasonable. Just genuinely good people. I’ll be using them for all of our hot tub needs from here on out!
Had a great experience with The Pool &Spa Centre today. Trying to figure out how to bypass my gas heater with my above ground pool. I went in and showed the staff my situation. Taking care of a pool & hot tub was making my husband & I very anxious. It's a big learning curve, but having Shawn & Cameron to our new home helping us by giving us the proper tools to care for our pool & hot tub certainly alleviated our anxiousness.
