Make a wise decision guys , project might drag for year or over . you might get sick of their today and tomorrow and weekend . I dont like to give a bad review for business but left with no choice. They like their payment on time.But work they will do on their own terms no matter how long its take. still waiting ...their deaf ear never listen , blind eye does see things and very unprofessional ,not sure how can they get sleep in night with so much mess in their lying business. Lot of people do agreed .
Harry fitted out pool about 12yos ago. To date no issues with the shell. Equipment needed replacing but that is wear and tear. The after sales service has been amazing. Quick to help and guide with any issues we experienced. Have recommended a number of people to Harry and will continue to do so.
Harry and the team recently completed our pool and spa combo. From consultation to handover the process was easy, economical and most importantly on time. Not only during the build was communication great but also post handover Harry has been always helpful with answering any queries in relation to us operation the pool. We couldn’t speak higher of The Pool Place and recommend them to anyone looking to build a quality pool.
Hi, Just wanted to share my experience with the man behind this company and what he supposedly stands for. This is my first negative review and I feel it's necessary to let people know. Beware and look the other way if and when you decide to build a pool. Do your research and don't leave anything to chance. Firstly his communication skills are atrocious.
