Excellent experience from start to finish. Austin talked us through all the details and explained how The Pool Company's process worked. Seeing other examples of pools they built and installed was also helpful to ensure we were selecting the right contractor as well as making the right style selections for what we had in mind. I have been trying to get the pool company back here to address the paver issues for over a year. The skimmer door sticks and we are using a chip clip to keep it open. The pavers are a mess! The pool pump blows bubbles. I also recently injured my toe on a paver that was sticking up. Just like everyone else I paid a lot of money for this pool and am not satisfied with quality of work. We love our new pool! The Pool Company gave us a timeline and stuck too it. Austin was amazing always answering questions and following through.
