Mother in laws pool was neglected and turned green. Employee tried to remedy problem but was not supported by owner! Pool was abandoned because of this neglect!!
The Pool Boy company has been servicing my pool for a little over a year. We noticed a few, not so big issues within a couple months but didn’t want to change right before summer. Those included wouldn’t come when they were supposed to, were there for less than 5 minutes to do a full service, sweeper issues, not scrubbing or adding tablets. A few weeks ago I finally relieved them from their duties with us. We had multiple companies come out to see about taking over our service. All 3 came to the same conclusion…. Josh, the owner, has been great to deal with. Unfortunately his employees do not care or perform the duties we have paid for.
