Would give 0 stars if I could. My PCP was absorbed into this terrible system and I haven’t been able to schedule something with him. So sadly I will have to find a different provider. He’s not a new PCP for me but because he’s new to them, I have to go through a new patient appointment and there is just no flexibility to how they can get it scheduled in their system. I like my doctor, Dr. Bejer, but their assistant seems to lack basic understanding. I needed to be seen for an L and I claim, was told two different things about what I needed to do and where to go to make that happen, then was asked to reschedule my appointment twice (after someone from Optum rescheduled it for me the first time). The crew Are Awesome I Love Coming There To See Doctor Free!!! He's The Best!
I had the worst experience with the customer care where I called in to schedule an appointment. She mentioned that they only take walk-ins and never cared to mention that it depends on the location. I was pretty sick and wanted to go to the nearest primary care available and when I reached there she mentioned that the bellevue one does not take walk-ins and they are not open until 7 pm. This is the worst clinic I've been to. When Bellevue Family Clinic closed, they sent me there with Dr Ana Huston. The clinic is very run down and overcrowded. The doctor never even asked me any questions about myself or even touched me. She was cold and rude. I almost walked out, will never suggest it to anyone.
