I am so happy I choose Eli and Brandon to sell my house. I was so nervous as I had lived in my house for 36 years and was pretty attached to it and the neighbors/neighborhood but my family was all moving so we wanted to be with them. Eli and Brandon are excellent realtors who make a difficult process look easy. They are very good at what they do, always making sure that things go as smooth as possible including scheduling tours and showings. 2025 happens to be a very challenging market for sellers especially in the Hollywood Florida area. Eli and Brandon were our realtors for the sale of our property in Hollywood Hills, FL. We had already vacated the home when it was listed and they handled everything, from private showings, dealing with agents, open houses, and dealing with inspectors. They did an excellent job! I really liked that there was no lock box on the property, this meant that no one was entering the home on their own.
