Terrible customer service! Bought engagement ring while back and diamond popped out this week. Was told to bring it in and they would take care of it. Did not tell me it would be $100 upon picking the ring up. Most places accommodate their customers when they spend thousands of dollars, they do not!

My wife and I have known Kevin and his wife since they opened their first store in Liberty. they are amazing people! You will not find better people and services anywhere in our opinion.
All I can tell you is that Christi is a prescious little ray of sunshine!
Kevin worked with us to design and create the perfect wedding ring, and I love both the ring and the service we get at his store. Very professional but with a friendly, personal touch. Definitely our preferred jewelry store!
