The website states walk-in are accepted, I wanted to support this business so I stopped by only to find out that I needed an appointment, also the person I spoke with was not customer friendly and unwilling to accommodate, there were 3 technicians and two customers. Make it make sense.
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ This was my first time visiting this salon, and I had a wonderful experience! From the moment I walked in, everyone on the staff was so friendly and welcoming. Samantha was my nail technician, and she was absolutely amazing! She was kind, engaging, and made me feel comfortable throughout my appointment. She paid great attention to detail, and my mani and pedi turned out so cute—I couldn’t be happier with the results! I highly recommend Samantha and will definitely be returning.
Polish Palace is truly a pleasure to visit. The welcoming was warm,the atmosphere is inviting and it's beautifully decorated. My pedicure was done by a sweet soul named Samantha. She asked questions first,made sure I was comfortable and then went to work on my feet...they are absolutely beautiful 🤩 I will definitely go back there,it's my Go-To now.
The experience the atmosphere the total cost the vibe that everything was superb. Jay was my nail technician and she did a very, very, very great job. I would definitely be going back and they use very good products. Non-harmful product products and I’m so happy. I found them 1000 out of 10 I recommend.
