Horrible service on most recent occasion and had to return for corrections during prior services. Constantly have to correct artists on nail shape, polish, and unable to get a full solid color with no designs. Was charged extra because Samantha was unwilling to be honest when prompted by the manager about her poor quality in laying color despite sharing she would discount the service. I was looking for a new nail place and decided to try Polish Palace. Mia was great, she even made a recommendation on what nail shape would work best for the length I wanted. Great experience overall!
I've seen Nai a few times now, and all of my manicures and nail art have been beautiful and creative! I love that I can get such amazing work on my natural, short nails. The Valentine's Day nails are a week old in that pic and haven't even hinted at chipping.

Got rescheduled half hour before by Nai and then she didn’t even know how to do the service I needed which was a hard gel fill in. Never again.
