Horrible service on most recent occasion and had to return for corrections during prior services. Constantly have to correct artists on nail shape, polish, and unable to get a full solid color with no designs. Was charged extra because Samantha was unwilling to be honest when prompted by the manager about her poor quality in laying color despite sharing she would discount the service.
