I am not a person who likes to make negative reviews. I love the shoulder massage. It was the only positive thing of my nails spa experience on that day. I spent almost $85 and I didn't like my manicure and pedicure result. I looked at my fingernails cuticles and it look like I hadn't had my nail done in a salon nails. I usually do my nails at home. But, I decided to have a less one task to do that day. So. I went to nails salon to have a chill moment! Take care of the current customer and do not rush for the next one. It is... read more

I came here for a BIAB manicure (which is supposed to strengthen your nails and prevent breakage) because my regular salon was booked up. I get structured gel at the salon I usually go to, which always holds up, never lifts and my nails have never broken and it actually made them extremely strong. I assumed it’s essentially the same thing. My nail tech was very nice and accommodating. However, she told me that my nails were thicker than they should be and she wanted to get them thinner, which she proceeded to do as much as s... read more

Giving a 3/5 because even though my last impression with them is poor, they did a great job on my gel manicures and pedicures for a year, they have kind staff, and a wide variety of OPI colors. My grievance is that the one and only time I called them with a problem (my gel manicure started chipping on day 3), they were very unhelpful. For context I would usually get gel manicures every 2-3 weeks (occasionally would take a month off), and I never had an issue with chipping at this salon (or prior salons before I moved to Phil... read more

I don't understand the hype around this nail salon. Some of the staff is pleasant but most of them are not. They gave me a hard time for asking for 3 coats of gel polish (because the pink color was very light I needed an extra coat) + chrome. They charged me $22 for the chrome, which is insane. For the prices they charge, the service is not worth it. I won't be going back.

I really wanted to like this place because it’s so close to my house, but I’ve been done wrong too many times. I’ve been getting my nails done every 2 weeks for the last 15+ years, so this isn’t my first rodeo. I had to come back 3 times for the same gel manicure that chipped 1 day after the initial application, and then 1 day after the 1st fix, and 2 days after the 2nd fix. I’m patient, and I know things happen/people have bad days, so I wasn’t mad. I do appreciate them doing the fixes for free. On a subsequent appointment ... read more
