The Pointe is one of the best community in West Chester so far! I have been over year and every time you have an appreciation for your neighbors and the environment at large.
As we tried searching for apartments around West Chester, we started asking our friends about reference and thankfully everyone pointed us to the Pointe. What we were looking for was clarity in the way all the rental rates, services offered at the complex and we were really impressed when we were shown around the facility. We have had situations where we had asked help for maintenance, and we have been heard immediately. We feel safe and secure living at the Pointe and have also made lots of good friends!

The price you pay for the quality is off balance. Our bathroom floor is cheap stick on tile and it comes up constantly. The walls are so thin you can hear people run on treadmills in the gym. There is always trash left around the complex and the dog waste situation is out of control. The new management is really trying to make it better.

Nice place to live, with great people. Everyone we have met is super nice and friendly! We like the location because it is close to the borough and close to 202 as well. This is an apartment, so we did not expect complete quiet and you can sometimes hear your neighbor, but I am sure that is very common. The rent is a little pricey and more than we expected to pay, but it is in a good location and we feel safe. We really like the management team and they are always nice and courteous to us!
