It's the best apt community in Texarkana Arkansas. Management spoils the residents with parties and special events often.

Love the apartment. The staff are wonderful! They are very friendly and willing to help in any way they could. Clean, quiet and well maintained. A great place to live.
It's quiet here in my building. The staff are very friendly & helpful. Had a couple minor things that needed fixing & it was done in a reasonable time frame.
I think we have been here 10 whole days, after moving out of a home twice the size, however, we LOVE it here! This is the first time our kiddos have lived in an apt and they are so happy. Can't wait until summer when the pool opens!! Great neighbors, too, if I may say!! Friendly staff makes you feel like you're at home, and maintenance is on point!! Thanks to Tiffany and Stephanie!!!!
