I have been living in this property for almost 10 years and this has have to be the worst maintenance team that they have had. My work order has been in at least a month for my washing machine and other things in my apartment and no one has came here to fix them. I went to the Rental Office today and spoke with the property manager and I was told that the maintenance team put my order back and claim they had work in my apartment. I feel the office staff needs to have training on helping and working with individuals(seniors) looking join the community at Pointe at Pickett Farms. I gave all my income requirements and my 32 dollars application fee but never hear back. I stop by and called but they couldn't find my money order or my application so I had to reapply. I went above and beyond to get all the information that I was required to meet the income requirements. The lady in the office DIDN'T want all of my income paperwork. Professional management, kind, empathetic, and expeditious
Well I only been here a year in June I must say they are great the crazy part I’m getting evicted due to unpaid rent welll yall know life is hard right now I fell short due to my kids getting shot I miss court I tried to do my best I can say is it took them a long time to put me out which is tomorrow which I could give what I owe but times hard and I understand they have a family to feed too. But again they are very nice place and even tho I messed up they still tried to give me a change. Which it was a better situation but ... read more
I been out here over a year and no complaints here. I been in plenty areas and this has been by far the best professional, clean and well keep apartment complex.maintenance is present and respond well when needed. Nice staff in the office.Again no complaints from me 2025—-
