This place deserves zero stars. I’ve been here for entirely too long, over 5 years and it’s always something. I haven’t had a working dishwasher in over 2 years despite multiple attempts to get it fixed. I went a summer without air conditioning for over 2 weeks and more recently I’ve gone over 5 days without HOT WATER in 85+ degree weather due to the water heater from the unit above me sinking through the ground and puncturing a hole on top of my utility closet which is dangerous! DO NOT , I REPEAT DO NOT MOVE HERE !!!! I’ve stayed there for over a year and a half and i recently moved out on March the 28th , 2024 and my experience from living there was terrible ! , the leasing office don’t give a damn about the tenants at all , my car was broken into , packages stolen , loud neighbors and even gun violence has occurred not even the 3rd day of me living there . Someone died right beside my complex building . Furthermore let’s not talk about how they so called “do inspections” but never come to inspect ... read more
The property has gone down and the maintenance of it leaves a lot to be desired. The grounds are maintained using the cheapest, poor-quality, and most unattractive landscape, and the breezeways are nasty
