Professional management, kind, empathetic, and expeditious
Well I only been here a year in June I must say they are great the crazy part I’m getting evicted due to unpaid rent welll yall know life is hard right now I fell short due to my kids getting shot I miss court I tried to do my best I can say is it took them a long time to put me out which is tomorrow which I could give what I owe but times hard and I understand they have a family to feed too. I been out here over a year and no complaints here. I been in plenty areas and this has been by far the best professional, clean and well keep apartment complex.maintenance is present and respond well when needed. Nice staff in the office.Again no complaints from me 2025—-
This place deserves zero stars. I’ve been here for entirely too long, over 5 years and it’s always something. I haven’t had a working dishwasher in over 2 years despite multiple attempts to get it fixed. I went a summer without air conditioning for over 2 weeks and more recently I’ve gone over 5 days without HOT WATER in 85+ degree weather due to the water heater from the unit above me sinking through the ground and puncturing a hole on top of my utility closet which is dangerous!
