RecommendedI have been living here since May 2019 and I love it! Leasing and maintenance staff are awesome! I love just having casual conversations with them! Maintenance always fixing things in a timely manner! The neighborhood is always beautiful.
A quiet and safe place to live. Close to everything including Colonial Williamsburg less than five minutes away. The Office are always helpful and nice. A great dog walking trail/jogging trail in back of property. Wildlife 🦌 One of the top properties in the area. Walk to shops and restaurants and even Barnes and Noble and nice Movie Theater.
Love it! I will continue to live here and recommend to others!

I have lived here almost two years and I love it. The management and maintenance staff are so friendly and efficient. Such a convenient area and very well maintained in home needs and the grounds area. I enjoy meeting such friendly and diverse neighbors. I appreciate all the parties and get togethers that management plan for the tenants. It's all fun.
I recently moved to The Pointe at New Town and love the atmosphere. Everyone is friendly and the Staff is extremely knowledgeable and helpful.
