Waterleaf is a great place to live! The apartments are beautiful and well maintained. The staff are very welcoming and attentive!
My husband and i love living in waterleaf at palmetto point!! The pool is amazing my mother in law always comes over to sit and relax at the pool or we have a bqq also .. they just redid our paint on the walls & rug..it looks absolutely beautiful they keep the whole place so clean and nice with the grass always cut and the doggy bags filled !!! the staff is always welcoming and always keeping contact incase we had an issue they always resolve everything right away ..you never have to wait and be stressed out .If you ever nee... read more

A nice amenity is using the gym. It's up to the people using the gym to wipe equipment down after use. The disinfecting wipes are provided, how convenient is that !!
if you're Hispanic or a veteran don't move here they are discriminating against my nephew removing him from the comfort of his home because he has asked for helped with complaints of noise and drugs please newcomers do not come here if you want a peaceful life the woman who claims it's only her mother in 206 is a drug dealer/addict that is allegedly selling prescription pills and the management team prefers to have that in their community that a man who never bothers anyone and is a friendly face that has served this country... read more
