Quan & I just took a tour of The Pointe @ Myrtle Beach with sale, consultant, Mona Grayson, OMG... the 2br that we viewed was everything & more. The property is very clean and well keep. The amenities won us over. The pool has everything a person needs as if you were lounging on the beach itself. Mona did a awesome job.... We will give this property A++++ "This is definitely a great place to call HOME!
I had a wonderful experience with Annmarie looking at a one bedroom apartment that was absolutely beautiful ,clean ,warm... a place you can call home I would recommend this place to anybody Annmarie and Mona were awesome!!! Thank you so much I love my new apartment
I lived at The pointe for two years. I left June 2018. This place is a great place to live. I had a clean and beautiful apartment. I had great neighbors. I once had an ant problem and they came so quick to have it taken care of. The staff here are amazing. They are always willing to work with you. I truly loved my place here and I’m sad I had to move away from here as it truly was a home for me. My husband and I stumbled upon this gem at last minute yesterday and the area is gorgeous . Upon arrival at the office we were professionally greeted and acknowledged by all staff members . Being given the opportunity to see what a potential two bedroom two bathroom model would look, we were automatically sold . The amenities we seen include a pool and gym onsite and let’s not forget, pet friendly with a private dog park .
We lived here when it was called Waterleaf. Our first year here was okay. It wasn’t bad but no one would fix the issues we were having. Now it was bought by someone else and it is now called The Pointe. I have to say that Allison the property manager has gone above and beyond to help fix the issues we were having. I can’t thank her AND her staff for all they have done!! They are all truly amazing and respond in a timely manor. No I don’t recommend, unless it’s been cleaned up in last year.. perhaps that s why the name change from water leaf?
My family absolutely loves living here! The people are great, the ammentities are great, and the staff is amazing! And a big thank you to Annmarie in the office for treating us like family and doing everything in her power to help us out when needed! �
