I was there once from California visiting my son. I throughly enjoyed the ambiance and food.
This place is miserable. I had my place broken into this passed weekend and they have not been accommodating at all. We do not feel safe living in our same unit and our new unit wont be ready until next week, but they are not willing to prorate us the time we wont be staying there. They said that it's not their fault. I can understand that they did not do this, but this is new management and if they want to show their residents that they care, they would help us out a little more. This property was great when it was managed by Cortland. I'm not a fan of some of the new staff that has come along with the new management company. They have left a very bad taste in my mouth. They do not show the same level of kindness and respect as the previous staff. Although I like the property and apartments, I will not be renewing my lease. Customer service and care for tenants is important to me in a place I lease and that got lost when management changed.
I recently graduated from grad school and wanted to move into the city to be closer to work. The Pointe at Lenox Park was so welcoming and understanding to my situation as I did not want to jinx myself by applying for an apartment before I passed my Boards. It is now almost a year later and I could not be more satisfied with my living experience here.
