I know a few people who live here, and it is a very nice, well-kept place. Ms. Jacklyn, the manager, is very helpful and works hard to ensure the safety of the residents is a top priority. I would highly recommend this community to anyone 55 and older.
I am extremely disappointed with the new manager Jacqueline. Her disorganized approach, RUDE behavior, and unprofessional attitude are unacceptable—especially in a senior community where respect and care should be a priority. Asking for a final statement to be emailed and the amount of deposit to be refunded should not be a difficult task. If you can’t have pets, what’s the point in living there?
They raised the rent $300 in 2 years, offering no new apartment amenities. I just moved out of there. The “new” manager is snotty and rude. I realize some can’t afford to get anything else, but offered a choice RUN.
Very nice apartment but I don't like that the living room is in the back of the house. There should be storm doors on the outside so that the resident can be able to see outside. The maintenance man that works there is wonderful.
