I would strongly advise against working with this management company.
The maintenance team is very good. I always appreciate Jose and Jorge. Whenever I make a request, they come immediately and the problem is solved on the same day. In case of emergency requests, the maintenance team is always at my house within 30 minutes and solves the problem, which is very helpful.
I've been living here over two years. This community has an excellent management team. Whenever I have something broken, they always resolved the issue within 24 hours. Most of the time, I filed the ticket in the morning, and the management team came to my home to fix the things in the afternoon. They are the most efficient team I have ever met. This is the first community when we moved to the Bay Area and I live here for more than three years. There are a lot of advantages to live in this community. And I just list several here based on my personal experience. 1. Good floor plan for family life.
