We lived at the pointe for two years 2018-2020. This apartment doesn’t deserve more than one star which is for its spacious rooms and closets, otherwise This is the worst apartment i have ever lived in. Over priced apartments. They claim being luxury but they are far from that. when we moved in the baths were filthy, one kitchen drawer was broken, paint splatters all over the floor in both the kitchen and the baths, the fridge was dirty, Kitchen cabinets paint was sticky The first week after moving in we started complaining ... read more
The Pointe used to be a phenomenal place to live. Ever since the Connor Group purchased and started managing this property many of the amenities have declined, the property isn't cared for and the price of everything had gone up (even the trash caddy that used to be a 3rd party and now is one of the maintenance guys = $48.00 TOTALLY OVERPRICED!).
