Love my experience living here so far! Great and friendly management + clean and nicely kept grounds.
My wife and I have lived here for a week and it seems like a nice please to live. Management is very friendly and grounds are clean well maintained. We have an updated 2bdrm 2bath which is very spacious. Only negative is parking which seems to be slim however, I rent a full garage for two cars so we do not have any issues.
If you're considering moving into an apartment in the Eagan area this is it! Newly renovated, amazing Staff/Management ..I work for a business nearby and the area is great . The only reason we didn't move here is to be closer to downtown Mpls.
I really like the management. Very friendly, easy to talk to, and very informative. There are many updates going on but nothing has been disruptive for me and the improvements have been great! I love the location, easy to take my son for walks and soon the pool will be open for me to enjoy with him! My boyfriend loves the new gym. All around a very comfortable nice place to live.
It's hard to say what drives the success behind The Pointe at Cedar Grove. The Management Company (Village Green) attends to every detail, the Building itself has been well maintained/preserved and the Residents are Top Notch. The location of this community is superior with an incredible "walkability" factor. It's close to public transportation for when you need it, but most importantly they are consistent and have a systematic way of conducting business. Highly recommend The Pointe!
Brand new renovations, award winning customer service and monthly resident events are awesome!
