We moved into The Pointe at Cedar Grove in July of 2018, while it was managed by Village Green and never had any issues until Pinnacle Property Management took over. On New Year’s day 2020, we began to notice dog feces and urine falling down from the upstairs neighbors patio, onto our patio and furniture. After confronting the neighbors to no change, we complained to Pinnacle about this, and it continued to happen for multiple weeks. We had roaches for two years living here management never did anything about it.
If you want to live in a SHITWHOLE apartment this would the best choice for you ... They treat their guests with the shittiest courtesy ever so if you have a guest that decide to come and stay overnight they tow the car and then you go and you pay $300 to get it back even though the car belongs to a tenant that lives there to be continued ... We have been living at the Pointe since August and are in love with it. The apartment is renovated, all new appliances, very nice neighbors, and the management team in the office are AMAZING! So friendly and helpful and they hold periodic get togethers for residents. I have never lived somewhere that cared so much about their residents. A very close knit community at the Pointe
