One of the best and most intuitive and holistic providers in round rock! Charleen and her entire team care so much about each and every client they see and make it their goal to get you feeling better as soon as possible. A one stop shop for the best massage therapists, acupuncturist, nutrition counseling and cryo/sauna therapy around. I’ve sent everyone I know here!

Tamar is amazing! She’s attentive, informative, and made me feel so comfortable. She explained everything clearly and even gave me helpful tips to take home. The session was relaxing, and the space is clean and calming. Highly recommend!
Met with Kate for cryotoning. She was super personable and explained everything. I didnt feel pressured to re book (even though I did 🥰). Cute place and very nice people.
