I’m a new resident here at The Point and I love it. They are very welcoming in every possible way, with fun events and open office doors, I’m super comfortable and happy with choosing The Point as the place I call home.

I absolutely love living at The Point on 38th! I just recently moved in May but I have already enjoyed my time here so much! The facility is so clean and I love the packages are quickly distributed and are locked safe in a locker! The gym is always spotless and full of equipment that is needed. When I moved in my apartment was super clean and even with a small blind issue, maintenance was there just a couple minutes later to fix it! PROS: * Overall, it’s a newer building. I was one of the first people to move in. It’s modern and clean *inside* the building. * Amenities are nice (pool, mailboxes, etc) * Maintenance workers are always quick to repair stuff. * Fast in-apartment internet. Cons: * Very frequent car break-ins and lack of functionality with garage security gate (see pics). We’ve been hit several times, me included.
