Great quality maintenance friendly working staff
Love living at The point on 38th. Complex is always organized and clean. Maintenance is very quick to respond. Highly recommend living here!
We have been residents of the point since May 2022. We have mixed thoughts on this complex. Pros: -the features in the apartments are nice: washer/dryer, granite counters, tall ceilings (1st/3rd floors), sliding glass doors. -trash valet -package concierge -updated gym Cons: -there is ‘secure’ parking that we have to pay $50/month per car to park in but the garage door is always open leaving it wide open to break ins. -there is history of break ins in the parking garage. -teenagers from down the street will break into the po... read more

My husband and I love it here, it’s pretty great. Affordable and quiet, at least on the opposite side of the building, away from the dog daycare. I personally think it’s a nice complex and they have great amenities that my husband and I use pretty often, such as the game room for the pool table and the gym. The units themselves are nice and have up to date appliances, we haven’t had any issues with our apartment since moving in and I think 8 months of living here is enough experience to leave a review.
