This is where I've lived since 2022. People who work in the building, on staff, and in maintenance have always treated me well; they have always been polite and considerate. I have always told my friends and family that they should think about moving to Norfolk, Virginia.

Unless you guys wanna pay an arm and a leg just to wake up to the sound of dogs barking every single morning nonstop, then I wouldn’t suggest this place. It’s alright but not worth the price and the constant barking you have to hear from the dog daycare they decided to build their apartment right next to

I have been residing here since 2022. I have consistently experienced positive interactions with the building, personnel, and maintenance; they have always demonstrated courtesy and consideration. I have consistently recommended that friends and family consider Norfolk, Virginia, as their place of residence.
