The experience so far by a person who says her name is Stephanie with an orthopedic boot on her right foot who also says her equal is Ian Hay in management is absolutely a disappointment. She is rude and totally disappointing for someone who represents this establishment.
today I went here. the machine didnt register the 20 I put in. I called for help. they tried to say that there was only 1 dollar in there... um.. it wasn't even the only 20 I put in that machine. I had 500 bucks in 20s. not trying to scam ya bro. my ticket came out to 89 cents. if I'd put a buck in, it would have still been a buck 89. they treated me like I was a scammer... going to Clearwater next time. they at least take my money legitimately. I bring my entire company here once a month. not any more. scammers.

I had made a reservation a week ago for an RV spot. At no time in my conversation did they state it was nonrefundable. I just phoned, 48 hours prior to my reservation, and the won’t refund me! This is terrible business practice, as well as just plain shady. They have lost a long time customer. I won’t be back. Ever.

Their help is not the most friendly
this casino is expensive and the food is terrible.. front desk staff doesn't explain clearly and sent us down the wrong Hall to our room then there is the 50 deposit... tho refundable you are not told of this before check in. When asked for manager said one was not available.. will never stay here again
