Great experience and best short parents only weekend getaway!
I had last minute trouble printing my ticket. The staff was very accommodating and fast with a response. I only had a couple boiled eggs from the deli... Due to my low carb diet there was not a lot of options. The show was fantastic, I loved being able to wiggle my toes in the sand! It was a bummer we couldn't bring our deli food into to show and had to scarf it down at slot tables before going in.
Wonderful eggs bene in the cafe at the hotel. Apparently they serve breakfast six days a week with Sunday being the day they offer a buffet. It also helped that we played the slots for about 15 minutes and won enough money to cover breakfast and our little bit of gambling. We walked out of there smiling
Meh. Ate at The Bistro. Food hit and miss. Waitstaff has issues, not impressed. Casino staff were adequate at best. Concerts are awesome though.
The customer service in the hotel was amazing! And the suites are beautiful! The went above and beyond to make us comfortable. I Would recommend this place to everyone!
The hotel rooms are quite nice and the hotel staff is excellent! The deli is much better than the dinner buffet, but the brunch buffet was great! The casino could really benefit from more table games as well. Overall, we had a good time.
Service was great in the dome but slow in casino area bars
Service at the main bar was extremely slow. Not very busy at all yesterday and I waited 30 minutes for my first drink!
