Terrible management that harasses tenants constantly about minor issues. An elevator was left broken for months on end. Noise from Harris Teeter is unbearable. Good location, but terrible mgmt
Upon move-out, I was charged $100 for "drywall repair." This was in response to a handful of nail holes that were left behind from hanging ordinary household fixtures. They were so rude and over dramatic about this issue upon move-out that I was absolutely without words. I was told the monies were to cover "contractor costs." Believe me when I say, this job they are referring to, is easily handled with their on-site maintenance staff.
