RecommendedIt’s beautiful to live out here. It has amazing landscaping with nice pool. Has a small creek for a walk. Best place to live for nature lovers. For residents connivence has a car wash facility and a dog park. Never had any issues with maintenance people. Manager and Assistant manager are amazing with great customer service. They are always ready to listen to you. Very cooperative. Absolutely recommend to live here.
We have been here almost a year and for the most part we really like living here. We have had no issues with maintenance. Although the maintenance manager recently left. My one complaint is that people don’t clean up after their pets in the dog park and numerous calls to the office to have the park cleaned up so our dogs have a place to play and poop have gone unanswered.
The staff at The Point at Deerfield are wonderful and always are willing to help!
I have chosen to live in this complex for 9 years and am familiar with its history. For a time, after Paskin bought Deerfield from Amli, management was in flux. The terms amateurish, frustratingly inept and seemingly uncaring accurately described several managers that came and went. THINGS HAVE CHANGED in 2018!!! Love my apt !!! Since Cyndi Flores has arrived as Property Manager things are looking up. Bobby , Maintenance Supervisor and Cecilia leasing agent are professional and friendly !
We lived here for a year..it's good to be here.we have school buses available for all public schools.Good community to live in compared to others..The bad thing is the management fails to satisfy the current residents by looking in to the complaints and just want to bring in new residents and keep saying we don't have time and just leave,a,message in a paper or simply will say no time,Monday and Friday mornibgs,r busy..if we call also we never get a response except in emergency no and obviously online rent payment doesn't wo... read more
The management was good earlier but has been on the downfall since Paskin group took over. The auto-payment does not work and they end up charging late fees at $10 per day. The management does not look at customer complaints and does not revert back wrongful charges. I would not recommend this community to anyone.
