I just bought my wedding dress at The Plumed Serpent Bridal and could not have wished for a better experience. I was immediately struck by the beauty of the salon and all of the fabulous dresses. After a few bad wedding dress shopping experiences I was very discouraged, but when I got to the Plumed Serpent, everything changed. Yvette was beyond amazing! She explained everything to me in such detail and made me feel so comfortable throughout the whole process. The selection of dresses were so beautiful, it made it hard for me to choose! RecommendedRecently purchased my wedding dress from the plumed serpent and they were amazing to work with! Yvette was my consultant and she was extremely helpful. She made sure to discuss budget, style, and my vision for my perfect dress, took all my thoughts and ended up picking out the dress I said yes to! The staff at this bridal shop are super friendly and ready to make your bridal shopping experience super fun and stress free. I would definitely recommend the plumed serpent! They take great care of their brides.
This was a WOW experience! Our consultant was so good, she was knowledgeable and accommodating.She knew her product line and was able to bring in dresses that were beautiful and perfect for the bride to be. We were offered champagne (in champagne glasses)very classy. The space was beautifully decorated, it was clean and bright, seating was perfect for viewing all aspects of the gowns. I really just can’t say enough good things about this experience.

I was in today shopping for my gown. My wedding is in less than 6 months and I was looking for a plus sized dress. Krissy was amazing and helped me find my perfect dress! After several hours of one on one attention and trying on about 20 gowns, I happily said yes to the dress of my dreams! Under a significant time crunch, Krissy was able to find my dream dress in time for the wedding. I would recommend for any bride to be. There are so many dresses to choose from. And the consultants will bring your vision to life
Had a great experience at the Plumed Serpent. The 3rd dress my daughter tried on was the charm! Our bridal consultant Alison knew exactly what to pull for her to try on. I’m a little sad it was over so quickly, but we couldn’t be happier with the purchase!

Not only is their selection of dresses incredible, the customer service is out of this world. The team at Plumed Serpent provided me with a stress free shopping experience in which I was able to find the perfect dress. Both myself and those who accompanied me to my appointment were made to feel at home by Julie, and we had an incredible experience.
