I had a wonderful experience with Yvette and the rest of the bridal team at The Plumed Serpent! Believe it or not, the dress I ended up with was the very first one I tried on at the store. The girls are friendly, patient, and extremely professional. Pat, the seamstress was also excellent. She was so kind, flexible, accommodating and is so good at what she does. I'm so happy to be a Plumed Serpent bride! The store is beautiful with a great selection of different gowns and the consultants and owner are wonderful. When I wasn't sure what I wanted, Krissy and Alison helped me find the perfect dress! They were kind, supportive, and very generous with their time. I was definitely stressed about trying on dresses at first, but they put all my concerns to rest and made it a fantastic experience!
I had a great time dress shopping here. I had to wait a bit (15-20 min) while the consultant was finishing up the previous appointment, but after that, everyone was so gracious and kind. Krissy, my consultant, was very interested in getting to know my style and my wedding plans, letting me try on the dresses and accessories that I wanted, and really caught on quickly to what I cared about! The store is sooo nice and cozy! Staff is great! I wanted a Hayley Paige gown for my wedding and i found the perfect gown here! Krissy was outstanding! She made the journey so fun! She was very patient with us! This was my first and last appointment! I had to cancel all others! 😊
