The Plumbing Wizard was doing a job in my neighborhood. I called their number to see if they would have time to look at a potential heating system problem. Michael promptly answered the phone and said he would be right over. He arrived and looked at my expansion tank issue and looked the system over and made some recommendations for maintenance, and things for me to follow up on. I was impressed with his professionalism, attention to detail, and friendly demeanor.

Mike was great to work with, we had an emergency heating situation and he came quickly to diagnose and then fix our Navien heating system (required a heat exchange replacement). Very communicative and professional. We have also used him to fix a mini-split and old copper pipes. He is our go to plumber/HVAC person now!
