Used this store many times. Gene always services me with a firm handshake and a friendly smile. Embodying customer service he always makes sure the guys in the rear are doing their best to make sure I'm satisfied. Eric is a wealth of knowledge knowing what every plumber needs to make their day just as smooth as possoble....if you want to be satisfied and leave with a smile these guys will take care of you
Walked in as they were closing, and they were very helpful. Always have what I can't find at box stores

He was very helpful. He showed me the shower stool and he let me send a picture of it to my husband. They had it in stock. He carried it to my car. He was very friendly He let me go in without an appointment.
