Had these guys come out about a month ago to clean out my septic line. All they did was took my water hose and ran water down the line, I’m assuming pushing the clog down the line further because a few weeks later ( keep in mind I’m the only one that lives here and I don’t use a lot of water) I noticed it was backing up in my yard again. Called them back and the first thing I was asked was what do you want me to do about it? And told me that it would be a charge to come out. 160$ to only have the same problem. We called about a hot water heater issue, and we were told there were a few more calls ahead of us so they weren't exactly sure how quickly they could come. Within about an hour they called and said they were nearby and asked to stop by. He saw our hot water heater and instantly knew it needed to be replaced. We were extremely pleased at how quickly he diagnosed our problem, and made an effort to get to us sooner than later. (We had no hot water.) We will be sure to make them our first call next time.
