I’ve had a positive experience living here. The management team is responsive and easy to work with, and the property is kept clean and in good shape. Maintenance requests are handled pretty quickly, which I appreciate.
Great place to live ! The Manager Larhonda is very friendly and very responsive, if have any questions or need help with anything she is very helpful. Cosme the maintenance man on site is very knowledgeable and goes out of his way to assist however he can. Both Larhonda and Cosme are problem solvers with a great attitude. We are very lucky to have them managing and maintaing the Plaza Apts on California Ave in South Gate. They both make you feel very comfortable.
My experience at this building has been good. The Property Manager, La Rhonda, is nice, friendly, and always does her best to attend the needs of the residents and sometimes goes above and beyond. The maintenance technician, Cosme, does his best to fix any repairs in a timely manner. There’s a 24/7 laundry room available on each floor which is great and plenty of street parking.
I enjoy living here ! I moved from an apartment complex that truly was not great with maintenance or management! I feel that the services provided here have been great- We are going on 3 years living here- when ever we have had an issue/ problem with anything in our apartment LaRonda & Cosme made sure it got done, the work always checked and double checked & done as soon as possible to ensure tenant satisfaction. I was not informed prior to leasing that a previous tenant had PASSED AWAY inside the apartment. Expect to be charged for nearly everything. Monthly costs add up quickly, and for what is being paid. Appliances are outdated, and even basic repairs often take days or longer to be addressed. Underground parking is extremely limited parking is a long-term issue.
