Expect to pay for even the air you breathe in the apartment. Outdated appliances, even to get anything fix takes days. Parking Expect to park in the street for months even years. Only the privilege get to park underground. Washer/dryer are broken down from all floors. For 1800+ bills a month, go somewhere else. The manager is only polite when showing the apartment after the lease is signed she acts/ behave nasty.
