Expect to pay for even the air you breathe in the apartment. Outdated appliances, even to get anything fix takes days. Parking Expect to park in the street for months even years. Only the privilege get to park underground. Washer/dryer are broken down from all floors. For 1800+ bills a month, go somewhere else. The manager is only polite when showing the apartment after the lease is signed she acts/ behave nasty. Caros sucios y mueren dentro de los apartamentos y hasta dias pasan hasta que sale olor a muerto podrido por los pasillos no hay un encargado ahi la manager nunca esta el de mantenimiento es lo que mejor funciona pero los sucios que viven en el edificio cagan todo despues que el de mantenimiento se esfuerza a dejar todo limpio aqui eran apartamentos para personas mayores ya entra cualquiera no rentes aqui busca en otro lugar o se me olvidava se respira mariguana todo el dia un desastre
