I have lived here for 10 years. It is a very pleasant and inviting assisted/independent/memory care facility. The staff are very friendly and helpful. As an independent resident I have been very involved with activities and interactions with many residents. I have so many friends here, resident and staff alike. The Plaza at Punchbowl is a fantastic independent and assisted living facility. Brad, Cheri, Sasha and the rest of The Plaza team provided us with excellent customer service and made the transition for my family member into their facility an easy and stress less experience. Their level of customer service and assistance they provided with both furnishings and medical assistance took a stressful situation and made it extremely user friendly.
Team Plaza has treated my uncle and me as we are the most important individuals in their community. Professional and going over board to make us comfortable and ensuring that our needs are satisfactory. Brad is awesome, concierge helpful and friendly, medical staff very nice and caring, etc. etc.
My stay at The Plaza at Punchbowl was perfect. Brad was welcoming and answered all of my questions and made sure I had what I needed to recover from my surgery. The staff was very friendly and honestly enjoyed helping their residents. The food is very good and my room was sparkling clean and so quiet, great for sleeping and napping. A truly healing environment.
