He was very clear in explaining everything to me, very communicative, and answered any questions I had with clarity. He made the process very smooth, and offered a lot of great insight when looking at homes. Again, cannot recommend Chad enough!

Chad was an absolute delight to work with when we purchased our first home. We had no clue what to expect from the process but Chad helped us the entire way.
