Started project of building a sunroom with the estimate in February of 2022. Project started in June of 2022. Sunroom is not completed as of February 2nd 2023. Sunroom leaks and a couple of the windows will not lock. Every time I contact Brian Childers either via phone or text message he doesn't respond.

Installed a patio cover for a very dear friend in Murfreesboro that does nothing but leak and won't respond to any of her calls to come fix it. She is a widow with a disabled adult child that she cares for and needs this cover to get her daughter back and forth to the car.......in the dry. Very poor customer service indeed.
Just had our screen room installed yesterday and absolutely love it! Everything was well above our expectation from the day Brian came out and gave us our quote to the install! The install team was very friendly and asked many questions before and during the install to be sure it was going to be how we wanted it. Everything was cleaned up before they left too. If you are looking to do any type of patio work to your house we highly recommend Brian and his team!
