Very unfair and ridiculous to expect a new business to honor gift certificates that were bought from previous owners. They are the ones who received the money for the gift certificates NOT the new business. And you're expecting the new business to honor them without getting any money for their products. That is just crazy and now trashing them to ruin their business! Shame on you!
Very run down on the outside of the building. Plants are overpriced
I wouldn't buy anything from this place until they have their pest issue under control. Whiteflies and Aphids everywhere in the showroom. Aphids infesting the peppers and some of the other vegetable stock. Infestations happen..How you deal with them, and the people who bring them to your attention, can be crucial to your survival as a business. Initially, having expected better standards and management from a local business, I was disappointed. I left feeling unwelcome and a little disgusted.
Absolutely LOVE all the beautiful flowers and arrangements I recently purchased from the Plant Place! The staff was very welcoming and helpful! I can't wait to go back!
