I placed a same day order on Memorial Day. There was nothing on the website or in the ordering process to show that they were closed (and not every store is closed on Memorial Day). The website allowed me to choose the 26th as a delivery date, etc. Unfortunately my grandmother did not receive her flowers on her birthday because the store was closed. They messed up while I was ordering and wrote the last name, they never sent a confirmation email or text and it was very difficult for them to figure out where what I ordered was.
Great place for plants and flowers with great service and prices! I will be back!!
After a year, I still feel the same. By far the nicest and knowledgeable staff around. The Plant hatch is my go to place for cat safe plants. I don't need to worry that they'll get sick from chewing on them. I love their selections of plant pots as well.
They have some really unique house plants and the staff is well educated. I can’t stop spending my money here, damn it I don’t want to stop!
