We have lived here 5 years and we love it! When we put in a maintenance request, it gets taken care of immediately. The maintenance worker, Francisco is amazing & he can fix anything!
We've been here 2 months and though it's a quiet community for the most part, it's difficult to give even one star on a review. If you're planning on living here, just know that it should be temporary and not a long term decision. We've had the handyman here twice in 2 months to fix the same issue and he's scheduled for a 3rd time today. It's really a simple fix...the bug entry is underneath the door gap. Jason is very nice, he took my family and myself a tour around the property,we looked at the townhouse very nice inside and he answered all our questions professionally. The community looks clean and well maintain and seemed very quiet as I walked around.
I lived here from October 2024 to 2025 and honestly had a great experience. I really appreciated the manager, Jason, he was very chill and I never had any issues with him. You could catch him roaming around makin sure the complex was pretty and clean. He was quick to respond to service requests and even called us late at night when our garage door broke afterhours so he could immediately send maintenance out. The move-out process was also very easy. We needed an extra month before our next apartment was available, and they a... read more
