This place is ok. They're a non smoking apartment complex. They have a pool and garages. They are right next to a chevron gas station/convenience store. A three bedroom is around 1800+ they assistant manager kinda iffy and has favorites
I’ve lived here for over a year now and recently transferred units from a 3 to a 2 bedroom. I absolutely love living here. Jason is fantastic and made the move easy. The maintenance tech is also awesome.
DO NOT RENT FROM HERE! This place provides maybe a cheap place to live, but at the cost of massive headaches when you leave. Don't expect your deposit back (as many have said) nor an easy legal battle if you choose to take that path. They break the law, but then know that because you chose somewhere so cheap for rent, that you don't have the deep pockets that the management company has to continue to fight it in court. Don’t expect your deposit back and be ready to pay over $600 more to move out! I would have left no stars if possible, not fair at all!!!!
Community wasn’t to bad and the apartments were nice but they overcharge for everything. We only lived there for a year and We had one small tear on one section of carpet and they billed us for an entire carpet replacement throughout the whole unit. We spent hours cleaning and making everything look good and they still charged us and took out our entire deposit plus charging us over 500 dollars for full carpet replacement.
