I start this review with the disclaimer that I was also a manager of this apartment complex until recently. With that said, the management team of this community is top notch. I had the pleasure of working alongside intelligent, compassionate managers and maintenance staff that take their work and their residents to heart. I've lived here for a year now. My lease was up and when I asked for a quote to renew they told it was $250 more than the exact same apartment they are currently advertising next door to mine. And this other apartment has new flooring installed whereas mine has the original (20 yrs old). The girls in the front are great, but the management company, Royal T Mgmt, is something else. I would not recommend living here due to serious security issues. My car was stolen from the parking lot, and it’s not an isolated incident. Multiple cars have been stolen, and thieves have been targeting vehicles for parts—stealing tires and leaving cars propped up on blocks. It’s happening repeatedly, yet management refuses to take any real action. There is supposed to be a security guard, but they are rarely, if ever, seen when these incidents happen.
