The reliable maintenance team, two basketball courts, nice walking paths, and the nearby park are definitely pluses. I also liked the spacious living room and the high ceilings. However, I lived here for exactly one year and had a very different experience overall. First of all, you have to be okay with living with all kinds of insects if you want to stay here.
