shope elsewhere if you want your furniture Almost sixteen weeks and we are still waiting for our paid in full order to arrive. We are well beyond the 8-10 weeks estimated on the contract. Calling results in a recorded message stating "No one is available to take your call." click. We received a call at the twelve week mark saying there was a delay but we would have it in three weeks which has come and gone already.

Stear Clear of The PLACE Ordered cocktail table and end table in Feb. 2010 told 6-8 weeks for delivery. Called over and over. Given the run around. No one calls back. Very Rude and inept customer serive. Told a different story and delivery date each time I called. NEVER able to speak to a manager. Finally in May said forget it and went elsewhere. They told me I could cancel. Told I had to come into the store to get my refund which I'd paid in cash. I said that I would but since I live 30 miles away not sure when i could come... read more
Buyer Beware,, Buyer Beware: Don't let the huge showroom fool you, salesmen lie to get you to buy, we put down a large deposit on dining room set that we were told would be "custom made" delivery in 4-6 weeks ! 2 months later only after we made calls to them over days they say it has been shipped to their warehouse, 3 days later warehouse calls and says they do not have the complete set and to call the store for more details, after 4 calls to store they say server is back ordered for atleast another 2 months, we went into th... read more
