good job Wow that was great service, my guys were John Walker and Nathan Martin and they were just the nicest guys and were very careful with my bedroom furniture. I spent a lot of money for my set and these guys did an awesome job, actually texted my husband right away and said what a bunch of great polite Southern boys....if they can only be as great as these guys were.
LONG waiting period I ordered my sons bedroom furniture. They told us 10 weeks, took half the amount of money at the time of purchase. It took six months of us calling and calling and waiting, I even called Hooker furniture directly to get involved. The customer service stinks, constantly talking to different people and no one has an answer. Of course, it's probably not their fault they work for a crappy owners and are thankful to have any job. Pending today I have had a difficult experience and am waiting for my electric fireplace that was guaranteed to come before xmas.
Where's The Furniture ? We ordered a Dining Room set Jan 2012. Set was promised 8-10 weeks delivery. Well here we are 17 weeks later and all we have for the past 7 weeks is that it will be here next week. These people at The Place are total scammers. If you are in this same situation call your Credit Card Company before 120 days so that they can legally help you. If you wait the CC company will not help. If you are shopping, beware... Shop somewhere else...
