Stear Clear of The PLACE Ordered cocktail table and end table in Feb. 2010 told 6-8 weeks for delivery. Called over and over. Given the run around. No one calls back. Very Rude and inept customer serive. Told a different story and delivery date each time I called. NEVER able to speak to a manager. Finally in May said forget it and went elsewhere. They told me I could cancel. Told I had to come into the store to get my refund which I'd paid in cash. I said that I would but since I live 30 miles away not sure when i could come... read more

The best prices anywhere!!! I purchased my 3 piece living room set from The Place Furniture. Honestly the best prices anywhere!! I found exactly what i was looking for at a great value. It is rare to find excellent service, as well as outstanding delivery. I'm taking the time to share my experience because The Place took the time for me.

promised furniture 4-6 weeks 11 weeks later - Nothing Horrible Horrible service. I was told we would have delivery before thanksgiving 6 weeks after purchase. Thanksgiving came and gone we had reaarange our holliday. then they told me every week there after we would receive delivery the following week. Now its 11 weeks and still no furniture! They should be ashamed of themselves. We ordered a leather sofa and a love seat. And now after waiting 11 weeks being promised delivery on 4-5 seperate occasions, they still can't deliv... read more

Kim G I purchased my dining room set from The Place. They had an excellent selection and the sales person was helpful but not pushy as many furniture sales people can be. Their selection is enormous. If you can't find it here it probably doesn't exist.
