The manager, Patricia, is by far one of the most unprofessional and under qualified property managers ive ever interacted with. From mold in and on the walls to pest problems to just all around poor assistance with living issues, the experience with her and Brookbend was hellish. If you’re looking for a nice home in the area, i urge you to look literally anywhere else, especially if you have a family. Adults shouldn’t suffer this place and god forbid kids need to.
I’ve had such a great experience living here! Patsy in leasing and Patricia are always so friendly, helpful, and professional — they truly make you feel welcome and cared for. The management team does a fantastic job keeping everything running smoothly. Maintenance is top-notch — Jose and Alex are always quick to respond, fix things properly, and go above and beyond to make sure everything is working perfectly. This apartment complex has great reviews for the most part so I overlooked the negative ones when I decided to move in - but that was a huge mistake. The apartment complex manager Patricia seemingly has no idea what’s going on. They’re doing construction at the apartment complex and give no warning to any residents. Upon calling she says that she has no idea what the schedule is or what’s even going on in general, she just knows they’re renovating after a unit’s residents are moved out. They have a strict tow policy. It’s easy to tow vehicles if you have multiple cars or if visitors forget to register. Beware.
